For various injuries over the past 5 -6 years I have received care from Kelly Crosby at the south clinic. This past challenge involved a frozen left shoulder after a fall in January 2019. After all the checks and balances from the insurance company, don’t get me started on that, I finally was approved to start therapy with Kelly Crosby in April. By that time I was unable to use my left arm without pain, literally having to cradle my arm with my right hand. A regimen of therapy, exercise, visits with recommended orthopedic doctor and coordinated treatment with Angelique Eberwein, massage therapist and owner of Breakthrough Bodyworks I am almost completely healed. Kelly and her team worked with me to create an exercise/physical therapy to work in conjunction with outside orthopedic and massage therapy specific to my needs. I can’t begin to express my thanks and appreciation for their continued care, dedication to devising a care program designed for ME! Love Nancy at the front desk and all the techs. You are the best!
