Kelly graduated with honors from the University of North Florida with degrees in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training in 1999, Physical Therapy (Bachelors) in 2001 and (Masters) in 2002. She furthered her studies, completing her certifications in manual physical therapy in 2006 and spinal manipulation in 2007. In 2010 she completed her trigger point dry needling certification.
Kelly is an avid climber, backpacker, and animal lover.
